I have been involved with Girl Scouts at many different stages in my life, and I love Girl Scouts. As I child I was a Daisy and Brownie, honestly can't remember if I made it to Junior or not. As a young teen I was part of a group of girls who babysat troop leaders kid's at leader meetings once a month. When I was 18 I was a girl scout camp counslor, the pay wasn't great but I had the time of my life! I made a lot of great friends and met a ton of great girl scouts.
Now I am a mom and a troop co-leader, we have a rainbow troop which means we have girls from daisy's all the way to juniors. Girl Scouts now is not the same as when I was a kid and at first it took me a while to understand the way the journeys worked. I looked all over the web for ideas and had a hard time finding a couple blogs that had a few ideas or only level specific ideas. I wanted to start this blog to share the information that I have found, discovered, and/or created.
